We know how hard it is to find time for yourself. That’s why we’re piloting childcare on Tuesday & Thursday mornings – so you can train hard knowing your little one is in safe hands.
We get it – some days you’re crushing it, other days just showing up is a win. Strong Mamas is designed to meet you where you are, with expert coaching, modified movements, and a whole lot of support.
Expect 45-60 minute classes that combine strength, mobility, and functional training. Come as you are – no experience necessary. Our coaches guide you every step of the way.
Yes, we lift weights – but we also lift each other. Strong Mamas isn’t just about physical strength; it’s about reclaiming confidence, relieving stress, and finding joy in the process. Come sweat, breathe, laugh, and leave feeling more like you again.
