Through accessible strength training, movement-based programs, and community-driven wellness initiatives, we foster vitality, independence, and resilience for every generation.”
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in Gig Harbor, WA, Ageless Endurance was born out of the belief that fitness is for every body, at every age. Our programs are grounded in evidence-based strength training and functional movement, helping people age with confidence, energy, and connection.
A world where every person-regardless of age-can live a strong, independent, and purpose-filled life supported by community.
A signature strength training program designed specifically for older adults (age 55+), Kupuna Strength helps participants build confidence, maintain independence, and age with strength.
These all-ages group sessions promote full-body health, movement literacy, and energy for everyday life. Whether you’re starting fresh or staying fit for the long haul, these classes welcome all fitness levels.
