A 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in Gig Harbor, WA, Ageless Endurance was born out of the belief that fitness is for every body, at every age. Our programs are grounded in evidence-based strength training and functional movement, helping people age with confidence, energy, and connection.

Kupuna Strength
A signature strength training program designed specifically for older adults (age 55+), Kupuna Strength helps participants build confidence, maintain independence, and age with strength.
Program Highlights:
- Small group classes with certified coaches
- Focus on balance, bone density, core strength, and mobility
- Safe, progressive training using barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight
- Supportive, inclusive environment that fosters community and resilience
